Our team

Kate Tarling

Kate Tarling is the author of The Service Organization and the founder of The Service Org Group. She is a world renowned expert in service leadership and in orienting organisations around the services they provide, including performance and measurement, governance, reporting, delivery, culture and ways of working.

Before this Kate held senior leadership roles in telcos, utilities, internet service and platform providers, as well as the public sector, delivering services in complex environments in large organisations.

Through engaging keynotes, hands-on workshops and briefings, along with ongoing advisory, consultancy and coaching, Kate helps organisations build better services and executives build the cultures and practices that result in better services.
