Kate Tarling, Founder and CEO

Kate Tarling founded The Service Org Group in 2012 to help others pursue more coherent approaches to services and products through her writing, speaking, coaching, and advising.

Before this, Kate served as a senior leader managing end-to-end services for mobile, landline, and internet service providers, utility providers, online gaming, and the public sector. She has successfully led and advised on major programmes to orient around services in large-scale complex environments in central UK government and global publicly listed companies.
