Advisory

Acting as a trusted partner for complex programmes of change or a board or committee member to provide advisory and assurance.

Our engagements typically involve some or all of the following.

It usually starts with developing a shared understanding of what it really means to be more service-oriented, what that looks like in the context in which your organisation operates, and what it’s likely to get you.

No organisation is the same, or at the same stage, or does the same things. There isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach either. That said, there are some common approaches, habits and principles that really help move an organisation from operating as silos to delivering better services as a whole.

How we work

Being service-oriented is not a ‘silver bullet’, and it is not the only approach. It doesn’t give the answer to everything, or pretend that it’s easy.

But it does give sensible steps to close the gap between what we do inside our organisations and the impact and success of that in the outside world.

And as industry heavyweights who have done this in many different types of organisations, we can help you get to the right approach for you more quickly.
